Welcome to VENUS Haute Parfumerie ("VENUS", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Venus Enterprises. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed; in the event an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and cancel that item from your order. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets as made available at checkout. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order in whole or in part. Orders may be cancelled by you only before they are dispatched; to request a cancellation, contact us at venusenterprices.perfume@gmail.com or call +91 99380 48886 as early as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Approved cancellations made before dispatch are reversed to your original payment method via Razorpay.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched through our courier partners within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines vary by location and are provided for guidance only; delays caused by courier operations, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier at your shipping address.

5. No Refund Policy — All Sales Final

VENUS follows a strict No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and payment is made, the sale is final and the amount paid is strictly non-refundable.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dislike of fragrance, scent preference, or wrong selection of product/size.
• We do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used products under any circumstance.
• Perfumes are personal-care items; for reasons of hygiene and product integrity, they cannot be resold once the seal is broken and are therefore non-returnable.
• The only exception to this policy is set out in Section 6 (Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items), which covers replacement only — not refund.
• Refunds apply solely to orders cancelled before dispatch (Section 3) or payments captured in error, and are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items — Replacement Only

If your delivered flacon arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge. To be eligible:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to venusenterprices.perfume@gmail.com with your order number.
• Provide clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product, along with an unboxing video where possible.
• The product must not have been used beyond inspecting its condition upon arrival.

Approved claims are fulfilled as a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a replacement of equivalent value or a credit note of equal value toward a future purchase, at your preference. Refunds will not be issued under this section.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, flacon designs, imagery, typography, content, and original olfactive formulas associated with VENUS are the exclusive property of Venus Enterprises. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any material from this website is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venus Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
